Job Description
We are looking for an experienced R&D / Product Development Expert with expertise in Agarbatti, Incense, Pooja Products, Fragrance, Perfumery & related products.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and improve Agarbatti, Dhoopbatti, Incense Cones, Sambarani, Dasangam, Camphor, Hawan Samagri, Pooja products, Perfumes, Scents, Cosmetics and related products.
Develop new products based on market trends and customer preferences.
Research new raw materials, formulations and fragrances.
Improve product quality, performance, shelf life and cost-effectiveness.
Study competitor products and identify new sales and market opportunities.
Work with production, sales and marketing teams to develop high-demand, commercially successful products.
Help expand the company's product range and boost sales across retail, wholesale, online and offline markets.
Experience: 3+ years in relevant R&D/Product Development.
