Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing customer inquiries, quotations, order coordination, follow-ups, and sales documentation. The ideal candidate will act as a link between customers, the sales team, and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely execution of the sales process.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team to manage leads, inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, invoices, and other sales-related documents.

• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities in Zoho CRM.

• Coordinate with production, dispatch, accounts, and other internal teams for timely order processing and delivery.

• Track order status and provide regular updates to customers and the sales team.

• Assist the sales team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

• Maintain proper sales reports, MIS, and documentation.

• Ensure timely follow-up on pending leads and opportunities.

• Build strong relationships with existing customers and support customer satisfaction.

• Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively assist customers and the sales team.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Inside Sales, or Business Development.

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

• Experience with CRM tools; Zoho CRM preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities.

• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Target-oriented, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
