Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

🎯 About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who can lead the sales team, drive business growth, improve conversions, and consistently achieve monthly targets.

• 💼 Key Responsibilities👥 Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• 📈 Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
• 🎯 Monitor individual and team performance and ensure target achievement.
• 🔥 Manage lead follow-ups and improve lead-to-customer conversion.
• 🤝 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• 🧠 Train and coach team members on sales techniques, communication, and closing strategies.
• 📊 Track sales activities, conversions, and revenue through regular reports.

• ✅ Requirements1–2 years of experience in Sales Management, Team Handling, or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.

• Good understanding of sales processes, lead generation, conversion, and closing.
• Target-oriented with a strong focus on results.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CRM and sales reporting is an added advantage.
