Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Manage the content calendar and align social strategy with brand goals.
  • Scriptwriting & Concepting: Write high-hook, natural-sounding video scripts for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube, complete with visual prompts/storyboards.
  • Content Production: Produce, film, and edit engaging social content, ensuring scripts translate perfectly to the final cut.
  • Community Management: Engage daily with our audience via comments, DMs, and brand mentions.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track KPIs (focusing on video watch time and completion rates) to continuously improve future scripts and strategy.
