Telecaller / Loan Sales Executive

*Job Summary*

We are seeking energetic and target-oriented Telecallers for promoting loan products over phone calls. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining loan offers, generating leads, and assisting customers throughout the loan application process.

*Key Responsibilities*

- Handle Inbound calls to customers for loan sales.

- Explain Ovrdraft(OD) & personal loan to salaried persons.

- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.

- Generate and follow up on leads regularly.

- Maintain customer database and update CRM records.

- Coordinate with the sales and verification team for loan processing.

- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.

- Handle customer queries professionally and build good relationships.

*Required Skills*

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Basic knowledge of loan and banking products.

- Ability to handle customer objections.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Basic computer knowledge.

*Qualifications*

- 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.

- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.

*Experience*

- 0–2 years in telecalling, sales, banking, or customer service preferred.
