Product Tagging & Labelling Executive

JOB DESCRIPTIONPosition: Product Tagging & Labelling ExecutiveAbout the RoleWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Product Tagging & Labelling Executive who will be responsible for preparing, printing, checking, and attaching tags/labels to our products.

The person will ensure that every product has the correct Product Name, Product Code/SKU, Price, Barcode and other required information before it is displayed or dispatched.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and print product tags/labels.
• Enter and maintain product information accurately.
• Check Product Name, SKU/Product Code, MRP/Selling Price and Barcode.
• Match the printed tag with the correct product.
• Attach tags/labels properly to products.
• Identify and replace incorrect, damaged or outdated tags.
• Coordinate with the inventory/store team for new products.
• Maintain proper records of tagged and pending products.
• Ensure that products are tagged before they are placed on the sales floor or packed for dispatch.
• Follow the company's tagging and labelling process.
• Maintain accuracy while handling a large number of products.
• Assist in basic Excel/data-entry work related to products and inventory.
• QualificationMinimum Qualification12th Pass preferred.
• 10th Pass candidates with good computer knowledge can also be considered.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Basic computer and printer knowledge.
• Hindi reading and writing is required.
• Basic English reading ability is preferred.
• Experience0–2 years of experience can be considered.
• Freshers can apply if they have good computer knowledge and are comfortable with repetitive, detail-oriented work.
• Experience in retail, inventory, warehouse, e-commerce, barcode or product labelling will be an advantage.

Important RequirementAccuracy is more important than speed.

The candidate must be able to carefully match the Product → Product Code → Price → Tag before attaching the tag.

Preferred CandidateA candidate who is 12th Pass, computer literate, knows basic Excel, has good attention to detail and can work patiently with a large number of products will be ideal for this position.
