Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Officer with strong expertise in Talent Sourcing and Recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing high-quality candidates through multiple job portals and through Facebook and Instagram leads.
- Should be comfortable using modern AI-powered recruitment tools and software.
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and client specifications.
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process and coordinate interviews.
- Manage candidate documentation and ensure all required documents are collected, verified, and properly maintained.
- Oversee recruitment-related procedures from initial sourcing through candidate selection and documentation.
