Job Description
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the complete Human Resources and administrative functions of the Head Office in Kochi. The role requires effective management of recruitment, employee records, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, performance management, staff discipline, employee welfare, statutory documentation, and general office administration.
The HR Manager will work closely with the Management and Branch Offices to ensure that HR policies, procedures, reporting systems, and employee-related matters are properly coordinated and implemented across the organization.
