Designation  Front Desk Executive / Admin Executive

Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate staff member.

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls; handle inquiries as

   needed.

• Maintain a tidy reception area with necessary stationery and materials.

• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.

• Ensure office security and manage access, including courier and asset

    tracking.

• Provide office support for smooth departmental operations.

• Assist in planning meetings, conferences, and interviews.

• Maintain employee attendance records and track leave/overtime.

• Coordinate office repairs and maintenance.

• Perform clerical tasks: filing, photocopying, scanning, and printing.

• Arrange for office boy services and manage ID card printing.

• Coordinate with telecom providers for SIM card management.

• Send birthday emails and handle other assigned tasks.
