Job Description

Experience: 2–8 years in dispatch/logistics, preferably from a manufacturing or engineering company


Machine Dispatch: Coordinate complete dispatch of machines/equipment to customers or project sites


Transport Arrangement: Arrange suitable vehicles and coordinate with transporters for timely delivery


Loading & Unloading: Manage loading, unloading, packing, shifting and safe handling of machines


Documentation: Prepare dispatch challans, invoices, e-way bills, LR/GR and other required documents


Coordination: Coordinate with Production, Stores, Sales, Accounts, Transporters and customers


Tracking: Monitor vehicle movement and ensure on-time delivery


Vendor Management: Coordinate with transporters, crane operators, labour contractors and loading teams


Skills: Good communication, follow-up, coordination and basic computer/ERP knowledge
