About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented property sales executives to join our dynamic real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build excellent relationships with prospective clients.

• Key Responsibilities: Generate and handle leads through calls, online inquiries, and other sources.
• Understand clients' property requirements and recommend suitable projects.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
• Schedule and coordinate property/site visits.
• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant information to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Negotiate and assist clients throughout the sales process.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Stay updated about current property projects, market trends, and competitors.
• Candidate Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Good customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage.
• Real estate sales experience will be preferred.
