Job Description
Field Debt Recovery Executive
Location: Kaushambi, Ghaziabad
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
Job Responsibilities
Visit customers for overdue payment recovery.
Follow up with customers and negotiate suitable payment solutions.
Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions.
Achieve monthly recovery targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and report daily collection updates.
Requirements
Prior experience in field debt recovery/collection is required.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with field visits and target-based work.
Male candidates preferred.
Must be willing to work in and around Ghaziabad/Delhi NCR.
