Job DescriptionWe are looking for energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executives for our Real Estate Sales Team.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, understanding property requirements, presenting suitable real estate projects, conducting follow-ups, arranging site visits, and converting potential leads into successful sales.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle fresh leads and customer enquiries.
  • Connect with potential buyers and real estate investors through calls and WhatsApp.
  • Understand clients' property requirements, budget, and investment goals.
  • Explain residential and commercial real estate projects to clients.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and investors.
  • Negotiate and assist clients throughout the booking process.
  • Maintain lead and follow-up records in CRM.
  • Work towards achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Candidate RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
  • Strong interest in Sales & Real Estate.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp and CRM preferred.
  • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
  • Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, Loan, Tele-sales or Direct Sales will be preferred.
