Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Corporate Business Head with a proven track record in the Security & Cleaning Services industry. The candidate must be able to independently generate sales leads, identify prospective corporate clients, meet them, and successfully close (crack) deals.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads independently for new corporate clients (offices, malls, factories, hospitals, residential societies, banks, institutions).
- Identify prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Schedule client meetings, give presentations, and prepare proposals/quotations.
- Negotiate and close deals; get new contracts signed.
- Handle bids/tenders on the GEM Portal (Government e-Marketplace) and generate business from government clients.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat/renewal business.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and provide regular reports to management.
- Track competitor activity and market trends.
- Guide/lead junior sales staff (if any).
