Job Description

Restaurant ManagerKey Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.

  • Supervise and lead restaurant staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
  • Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
  • Control inventory, stock management, and reduce wastage.
  • Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reporting.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Drive sales growth and achieve outlet revenue targets.
  • Manage online orders and delivery platform operations.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and safety regulations.
  • Requirements:Experience in restaurant, café, or food service management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory control, billing, and sales management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
