Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive (Female)
Location: Greater Noida

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Sales & Marketing Executive (Female) who will be responsible for handling incoming leads, explaining our courses, and converting them into enrollments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with all incoming leads on a daily basis
Explain course details, benefits, and career opportunities to prospective students
Counsel students and guide them in choosing the right course
Maintain proper follow-up and relationship with leads
Convert leads into enrollments
Achieve a target of minimum 1 enrollment per day
Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead quality feedback
Requirements:
Female candidate
Excellent communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English)
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing
Comfortable with calling and handling customer queries
Self-motivated and target-driven
Basic computer knowledge
Experience:
0–2 years in sales/telecalling/counseling (freshers with good communication can apply)
Salary & Incentives:
Fixed salary + attractive incentives based on performance
Growth opportunities within the organization
Working Days & Timing:
Tuesday to Saturday
10 am to 7 pm
