Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Mechanical/Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of CNC machines, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on CNC machines and associated electrical and mechanical systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities to minimize machine downtime.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure minimal disruption during maintenance activities.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in the installation, setup, and calibration of CNC equipment.

Qualifications:

• Diploma, ITI, or higher qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in CNC machine maintenance, including mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong understanding of CNC machinery, motors, drives, sensors, and control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Knowledge of PLCs and automation systems is a plus.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
