FoodPe is a Gurugram-based B2B platform used by restaurants, clubs and retail brands across India.

Our Payments vertical supplies card machines to premium F&B venues. But we are not simply selling payment terminals. Every machine comes bundled with FoodPe’s guest-marketing stack, including WhatsApp campaigns, automated Google reviews, referral and birthday programmes, and a branded ordering page.

That complete solution is what you will take to restaurant and hospitality owners.

The Role

This is a hands-on field sales role. You will report daily to our Sector 41, Gurugram office and travel across Delhi NCR to meet owners and decision-makers at clubs, lounges, banquet halls and fine-dining venues.

You will own the merchant acquisition journey from the first meeting to the first transaction.

What You'll Own

1. Build Your Territory Map

Identify and maintain a live database of clubs, lounges, banquet halls and fine-dining outlets across your assigned NCR territory.

2. Get Owner Meetings

Use cold visits, references and calls to reach owners and directors—not cashiers or junior staff. You will be expected to book and conduct 4–6 in-person meetings every day.

3. Present the Solution

Present FoodPe’s payment terminals, commercial rates and the complete guest-marketing package that comes along with the machine.

4. Negotiate & Close

Discuss and finalize rates, rental and terminal requirements within approved commercial limits and secure signed agreements.

5. Complete Documentation

Collect KYC, banking and business documents, ensure forms are completed correctly the first time, and drive the merchant file through approval and installation.

6. Own the Account Until Activation

Coordinate the handover to installation, ensure the outlet goes live and starts transacting, and maintain a strong relationship with the merchant.

• What We're Looking ForMust Have1–4 years of field sales experience, preferably in payments, POS, fintech, hospitality supply or F&B technology.
• Strong B2B field-sales experience will also be considered.
• Confidence in conducting owner-level conversations and negotiating with decision-makers.
• Fluent Hindi and working English.
• Strong documentation and follow-up discipline.
• Willingness to spend most of the working day on the road.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good to Have Existing relationships with club, banquet or restaurant owners across Delhi NCR.
• Previous experience selling card machines/POS solutions.
• Experience with a bank or payment aggregator's merchant acquisition team.
• Working knowledge of merchant rates, terminal rentals and settlement cycles.
