Job Description

• ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES - E COMMERCE MANAGER AND E COMMERCE TEAM LEADER

 

1.  Managing Product listings on E Commerce Platforms like Amazon, Flipkart.

2. Creating Product Listing and optimizing product titles, descriptions, and images.

3. Updating prices, stock, and product availability regularly.

4. Handling order processing and coordination with warehouse.

5. Managing inventory to avoid stock-outs or overstock.

6. Monitoring daily sales and performance reports.

7.  Running promotions, discounts, and deals.

8.  Handling customer queries and complaints.

9.  Managing returns, replacements, and refunds.

10. Coordinating with courier/logistics partners.

11.  Ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of orders.

12.  Monitoring competitor pricing and market trends.

13.  Managing ratings, reviews, and seller performance.

14.  Handling platform policies and compliance.

15.  Optimizing listings for better visibility and ranking.

16.  Coordinating with marketing team for campaigns.

17.   Managing seller accounts and health metrics.

18.   Preparing sales reports and analysis for management.

19.   Improving conversion rate and customer experience.

20.  Supporting overall online business growth and revenue.

21 One should have team handling skills, sales, and e commerce platforms.

22 Should have good knowledge of system, MS excel, MS word, E mails.
