## Job Description

QT Consultancy is looking for energetic and motivated **Field Recruiters** to join our growing team. As a Field Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and connecting with potential candidates through field visits, local networks, job fairs, colleges, and other offline recruitment channels.

## Key Responsibilities

* Source and attract candidates through field activities.

* Visit colleges, institutes, communities, and recruitment drives to identify potential candidates.

* Screen candidates and explain available job opportunities.

* Maintain a database of candidates and follow up regularly.

* Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and employers.

* Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.

* Build relationships with local organizations and placement cells.

## Requirements

* Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred).

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

* Basic knowledge of smartphones and Microsoft Office/Google Sheets.

* Prior recruitment, sales, or field marketing experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
