Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through field visits, references, networking, and market research.

- Visit architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and potential customers.

- Promote and present home furnishing products including curtains, blinds, wallpapers, upholstery fabrics, flooring, wall panels, furniture, and related solutions.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for order processing.

- Regularly follow up with leads, quotations, and prospective clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Coordinate with showroom, design, measurement, and installation teams for smooth execution of orders.

- Maintain accurate records of client visits, leads, follow-ups, quotations, and sales activities.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale.

- Collect market feedback and share relevant insights with the management.
