Field Sales Executive – Lumaè Skincare

Lumaè Skincare is looking for an energetic, confident and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand our retail and distributor network across Delhi NCR.

What you will do:

* Visit cosmetic stores, salons, pharmacies, skincare clinics and other relevant retail outlets.

* Generate new leads and convert them into retail customers.

* Introduce Lumaè Skincare products and generate regular orders.

* Identify, approach and onboard distributors in assigned areas.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.

* Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.

* Follow up with prospects and existing customers to drive repeat business.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback.

* Maintain daily market visit and sales reports.

Who we are looking for:

* 3-5 years of experience in FMCG, cosmetics, beauty & personal care, retail or similar industries.

* Candidates with strong field-sales experience will be preferred.

* Excellent communication, convincing and negotiation skills.

* Energetic, self-motivated and comfortable with daily field visits.

* Strong focus on achieving sales targets.

* Comfortable with local travel within Delhi NCR at their own expense.

* Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.

* ₹12,000–₹15,000 fixed salary per month
