### **Job Overview**

We are looking for dedicated and energetic **Picker / Packers** to join our Swiggy Instamart dark store operations in **Gurgaon** and **Noida**. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering items from store shelves according to online customer orders, checking for quality, and packing them securely to ensure ultra-fast and safe delivery.

### **Compensation & Benefits**

* **Monthly In-Hand Salary:** ₹14,000 to ₹15,000 per month

* **Attendance Bonus:** ₹2,000 extra per month (for full attendance/punctuality)

* **Overtime Pay:** Additional earning potential per hour for OT shifts

### **Key Responsibilities**

* **Order Picking:** Receive digital order lists on the handheld device/mobile app and accurately locate items across warehouse shelves (groceries, packaged goods, fresh produce).

* **Quality & Expiry Check:** Inspect items before packing to ensure proper packaging, freshness, correct quantity, and non-expired products.

* **Packing & Labeling:** Securely pack picked goods into delivery bags/boxes to prevent spillage or damage during transit.

* **Handover:** Tag packed orders properly and hand them over to delivery partners for instant dispatch.

* **Stock & Inventory:** Help organize products, keep shelves stocked, and maintain store cleanliness.

### **Eligibility & Skill Requirements**

* **Education:** Minimum 10th Pass (Freshers are welcome).

* **Age:** 18 years and above.

* **Language & Tech:** Basic reading skills in English/Hindi and comfort using a smartphone app.

* **Physical Fitness:** Ability to stand, walk, and move items quickly across the store floor.
