Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate solutions.
- Negotiate deals, close sales, and consistently achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth documentation and transaction completion.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
