Job SummaryWe are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Managers with experience in Home Loans (HL) and/or Loan Against Property (LAP). The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the DSA channel, excellent communication skills, and proven field sales experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate business through the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel.
• Source and acquire Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, customers, and other business partners.
• Achieve assigned sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion.
• Guide customers through the loan application process and ensure smooth documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate timely loan processing and disbursement.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and channel partners to ensure high service standards.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and lending products.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 1 year of experience in Home Loans (HL) and/or Loan Against Property (LAP) sales.
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience with the DSA channel.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Field sales experience is mandatory.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Preferred Candidate ProfileSelf-motivated and result-oriented professional.
• Strong relationship-building and customer-handling skills.
• Immediate joiners or candidates serving a notice period of 15 days or less will be preferred.

Compensation: Up to ₹4 LPA (based on experience and interview performance).
