Job Description
Automobile Spare Parts Sales Head – Haryana & NCR Role: Lead the spare parts business across Haryana & Delhi, driving sales, profitability, and dealer/wholesale network growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop dealers, workshops, garages, fleet, and wholesale accounts.
- Lead and manage sales and warehouse teams.
- Coordinate with OEMs/suppliers for availability and competitive pricing.
- Manage pricing, margins, warranty claims, and process compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in automobile aftermarket/spare parts.
- Graduate or MBA Marketing preferred.
- Managing minimum 3-5 peoples.
- Strong knowledge of auto parts, ERP/DMS, and MS Excel.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, sales, and problem-solving skills.
