About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Senior Business Development Executive – B2B (Field Sales) to drive business growth by acquiring new corporate and commercial clients. This is a 100% field-based role involving client visits, lead generation, and closing sales for broadband, leased line, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity solutions.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new B2B business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular field visits to corporate offices, commercial buildings, retail outlets, educational institutions, hotels, hospitals, and residential societies.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and direct visits.
- Meet decision-makers to understand their internet and connectivity requirements.
- Present and promote the company's broadband, leased line, Wi-Fi, and enterprise connectivity solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth installation and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, meetings, and sales activities.
- Submit daily visit reports and update the sales pipeline.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- EligibilityBachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3–4 years of experience in B2B Field Sales.
- Prior experience in Broadband, ISP, Telecom, Internet Leased Line (ILL), Networking, or Enterprise Connectivity is mandatory.
