Senior Civil Engineer / Project Head – Site Operations

Location: Sector 53, Gurugram (Head Office, with regular travel to project sites)

Reports To: CEO / Management

We are looking for a senior, experienced civil engineer to oversee execution across 25+ construction sites, including government buildings. This person will coordinate daily with site engineers, supervisors, and foremen across all sites, review daily progress, and ensure work is on track, on quality, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily progress and execution across 25+ active government construction sites (buildings)
• Coordinate every day with site engineers at each location to track status and resolve issues
• Review and consolidate daily progress reports coming in from site engineers, supervisors, and foremen
• Ensure construction quality and adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and government project timelines
• Conduct periodic visits to sites to inspect ongoing work and address on-ground problems directly
• Flag delays, material shortages, or manpower gaps to management with clear recommendations
• Ensure safety standards and government compliance requirements are followed at every site
• Coordinate with architects and petty contractors as needed
• Guide and mentor site engineers on technical, planning, and execution matters
• Escalate critical issues to the CEO and leadership team along with suggested solutions

Requirements

• B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering (a Master's degree is a plus)
• 10+ years of overall construction experience, including at least 3-5 years in a senior or multi-site overseeing role
• Proven experience with government building projects strongly preferred
• Strong command over civil engineering drawings, structural work, and on-ground execution
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sites and teams at the same time
• Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi
