Job Description

Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on client requirements and project briefs.

Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, mood boards and material concepts.

Create detailed working drawings, elevations, sections, ceiling plans, flooring layouts and furniture details.

Develop and coordinate 3D designs and presentations for client approvals.

Assist in material, finishes, furniture, lighting and colour selections.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors and site teams for smooth project execution.

Conduct site visits, take measurements and ensure execution is in accordance with approved designs.

Resolve design and execution-related issues in coordination with the project team.

Manage multiple projects and ensure drawings and design deliverables are completed within timelines.
