Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Real Estate Sales Executive to drive property sales, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Gurgaon/NCR real estate market and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and convert leads into successful property sales.
- Handle clients and understand their property requirements and budget.
- Present and promote residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Arrange and conduct property/site visits with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain regular updates of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Stay updated on market trends, property prices, and competitor projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of the sales process.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
- RequirementsQualification: Graduate/Post Graduate.
- Experience: 2–5 years in Real Estate Sales.
- Experience in Residential/Commercial/Luxury Real Estate will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of Gurgaon/NCR real estate market.
- Two-wheeler/vehicle is mandatory.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic CRM tools.
