Job Description
About Sansaar:
Sansaar is an interior design and execution company working on residential and commercial interior projects across Delhi NCR. We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Call potential clients and introduce Sansaar’s interior design services.
- Understand client requirements, budget and project timeline.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling.
- Follow up with interested clients through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule client meetings and site visits.
- Maintain daily lead and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the design/sales team.
- Convert potential leads into site visits and projects.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident and convincing personality.
- Good follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, real estate or interior design will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
