  • Contact potential customers through outbound calls.
  • Explain Rentokil's pest control and hygiene services.
  • Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
  • Schedule site inspections/appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.
  • Follow up with interested customers.
  • Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
