Job Description – Loan Processing / Auto Loan Executive

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Auto Loan / Used Car Loan professional to manage the end-to-end loan processing cycle, including customer follow-ups, document collection, file processing, approvals, disbursement, down-payment coordination, and RTO-related follow-ups.

• Key ResponsibilitiesFollow up with banks for loan token, file processing, approval, and disbursement.
• Coordinate with customers for document collection and pre-login requirements.
• Handle central login and instant approval processes.
• Follow up on loan cancellations with the central team and banks.
• Manage loan process subjectivities and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare and submit loan applications and detailed loan proposals.
• Coordinate down-payment follow-ups with customers and relevant teams.
• Provide customers with loan-related details and updates.
• Coordinate with the RM and closure team for pre-login follow-ups and case closure.
• Follow up with RTO for vehicle transfer and bank updates.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure required documentation/kit signing.
• Evaluate loan cases and coordinate approval/rejection processes as per applicable guidelines.
• Ensure timely completion of loan cases from login through disbursement.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate from a recognized college/university.
• 1–7 years of experience in Auto Loans.
• Used car loan experience is preferred/required.
• Must have experience working with more than one bank in used car loans.
• Experience with DSA is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, follow-up, and coordination skills.
• Hardworking, enterprising, and outcome-oriented.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the used-car finance sector.
• Age: Up to 32 years.
