Branch Manager-BRANCH BANKING-Branch Banking

- Responsible for managing the overall operations and performance of a bank branch. - Oversee branch banking activities including customer service, sales, and compliance. - Lead and motivate branch staff to achieve business targets and maintain high service standards. - Ensure adherence to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. - Manage customer relationships and resolve escalated issues effectively. - Monitor branch financials, including deposits, advances, and profitability. - Collaborate with other departments to support branch growth and operational efficiency. - Maintain a strong focus on risk management and internal controls within the branch.
