Summary:
As a Quality Engineer specializing in manual testing, a typical day involves ensuring the quality of solutions by thoroughly executing manual tests aligned with defined requirements, user stories, and expected behaviors. This role includes designing detailed test cases, meticulously identifying and documenting any defects, and working closely with delivery teams to facilitate dependable and user-ready software releases. The position demands continuous collaboration and communication to maintain high standards of quality throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring that the final product meets the intended functionality and user expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall product quality.
- Mentor junior team members to develop their testing skills and understanding of quality assurance practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Test Management.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing techniques and best practices.
- Experience in designing comprehensive test cases and test scenarios based on requirements and user stories.
- Ability to identify, document, and track defects effectively using test management tools.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and product owners.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and quality assurance processes.
