Position: Customer Care Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the customer care/customer service team.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Coordinate with sales, service, and other departments to resolve customer concerns.
• Track customer complaints, follow-ups, and service requests.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly customer service reports.
• Train and guide customer care executives.
• Monitor team performance and achieve customer satisfaction targets.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer care/customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
• Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
