Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities / KRAMonitor:

• GPS/ECTS-based cargo and vehicle movements through the company's tracking platform.
• Conduct real-time monitoring of vehicle locations, route deviations, alerts, and movement status.
• Identify and respond to system alerts, tracking exceptions, connectivity issues, and operational deviations.
• Provide first-level technical support for GPS devices, tracking systems, and software applications.
• Troubleshoot basic device, connectivity, and system-related issues and coordinate with the technical/field team for resolution.
• Coordinate with field executives, transporters, customers, and internal teams for timely resolution of operational and technical issues.
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of reported incidents and exceptions.
• Maintain accurate records of cargo movements, alerts, incidents, device issues, and resolutions.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS and operational reports using MS Excel and internal systems.
• Escalate critical issues to the concerned senior/team within the defined SLA and escalation matrix.
• Ensure proper shift handover and communication of pending or critical cases, wherever applicable.
• Follow company SOPs, operational guidelines, security protocols, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation of operational activities.
• Support smooth and uninterrupted cargo tracking and monitoring operations.
• Demonstrate strong ownership, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and effective stakeholder coordination.
