Job Description

  • Handle project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination
  • Monitor project progress and track deliverables
  •  Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams
  • Prepare project reports and documentation
  • Follow up on pending tasks and ensure adherence to project timelines
  •  Identify project challenges and support effective resolution
  • Visit clients as and when required.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in project coordination, operations, administration, or a similar role
  •  Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  •  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  •  Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
  •  Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
