Job Description

Warehouse Manager – Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and supervise the warehouse team.
  • Oversee inventory management, stock accuracy, and material movement.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely dispatches and receipts.
  • Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and infrastructure.
  • Ensure accurate data entry, inventory updates, and reporting in the ERP system.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports to management.
  • Coordinate with procurement, sales, and operations teams for smooth warehouse functioning.
  • Monitor stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Drive operational efficiency while ensuring proper documentation and record maintenance.
