Job Description
- Pick stock as per order; check title, class, medium, edition, quantity
- Pack in bundles/cartons, strap properly, label with party name, destination, carton no. of total
- Make invoice/challan in Tally against approved order
- Hand over to transporter, collect LR, file with invoice
- Maintain daily dispatch register
- Help in stock receiving, binning and monthly stock count
- Report shortage, damage or rate mismatch same day
