About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales team at Radhe Radhe, a fashion retail showroom specializing in sarees, lehengas, suits, ethnic wear, bridal collections and related apparel.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, supervise and motivate the showroom sales team.

- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

- Monitor individual salesperson performance and conversion rates.

- Handle customers personally and ensure an excellent shopping experience.

- Train staff on product knowledge, customer handling and selling techniques.

- Ensure proper follow-up with customers and generate repeat business.

- Monitor showroom footfall, enquiries and sales conversions.

- Drive upselling and cross-selling of sarees, lehengas, suits and other products.

- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability and proper display.

- Maintain discipline, grooming and professional conduct among sales staff.

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management.

- Track fast-moving and slow-moving products and communicate insights to management.

- Assist in promotional campaigns, festival sales and special offers.

- Ensure the showroom is properly organised and visually appealing.

Required Skills

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

- Basic knowledge of retail sales and inventory management.

- Ability to analyse sales data and identify opportunities.

- Good knowledge of Hindi; basic English communication preferred.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Preferred Candidate

A candidate with experience in saree, ethnic wear, fashion, jewellery, lifestyle or other premium retail stores will be preferred.
