USM Infra is a leading real estate company specializing in DTCP & RERA-approved plotted developments, resort-themed sandalwood projects, and premium investment opportunities across Telangana.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives and Business Associates.

Drive sales for plotted developments and resort projects.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Generate leads through digital marketing, references, events, and channel partners.

Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and project presentations.

Build and maintain relationships with investors, brokers, and channel partners.

Negotiate pricing and close property sales efficiently.

Ensure smooth booking, documentation, payment collection, and registration coordination.

Maintain customer records and follow-ups using CRM.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Conduct daily sales meetings, team training, and performance reviews.

Coordinate with marketing for campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management. These responsibilities reflect common expectations for real estate sales managers across the industry. 

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (MBA preferred).

3–8 years of experience in real estate sales.

Experience in plotted developments, villas, apartments, or resort properties.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication in Telugu, English, and Hindi (preferred).

Good negotiation and presentation skills.

Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
