Zolo Industrial Housing provides quality accommodation solutions for industrial workers and associates. We partner with leading organizations to offer safe, hygienic, and well-managed living spaces. Our client for this project is TATA, where we support workforce accommodation and day-to-day residential operations.
Role Overview
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Resident Relations Executive to manage the daily operations of our residential facility in Hosur. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth property operations while maintaining resident satisfaction, safety, discipline, and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day hostel/accommodation operations.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, hygiene, and discipline within the premises.
- Address resident concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other support teams.
- Maintain attendance, occupancy, visitor, and other operational records.
- Monitor food services and ensure a good resident experience.
- Support smooth onboarding and accommodation allocation for residents.
- Handle day-to-day resident coordination and ensure adherence to property rules.
- Report operational updates and escalate critical issues to the Key Account Manager.
- Ensure compliance with operational and safety guidelines at the property.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 25 years and above.
- Education: Graduate and above.
- Experience: 4–5 years of relevant experience in hostel, facility management, residential operations, hospitality, or a similar field.
- Language Proficiency: English (Must Have) + Hindi, Any regional languages
- MS Office: Basic knowledge of MS Office is required.
- Willingness to stay on-site and work in shifts, if required.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle residents and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Responsible, disciplined, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to manage day-to-day operational challenges independently.
