Telesales Executive

• Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads and databases.
• Handle incoming enquiries regarding courses, admissions, fees, scholarships, eligibility, duration, and career opportunities.
• Understand students' educational backgrounds, career goals, and requirements.
• Provide appropriate course recommendations based on the student's needs.
• Explain course benefits, curriculum, career prospects, admission process, and payment options.
• Follow up regularly with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
• Convert qualified leads into admissions by effectively handling objections and queries.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, lead status, and admissions in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission/conversion targets.
• Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
• Coordinate with the counselling, academic, and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Maintain a professional and positive communication style during every interaction.
• Track and follow up on pending applications, fee payments, documentation, and admission formalities.
• Stay updated about the institute's courses, programs, scholarships, offers, and admission policies.

Provide regular reports on lead status, conversions, follow-ups, and sales performance to the reporting manager.
