Nandi Jewellers is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to join our team at the Habsiguda branch. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in driving sales, maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our gold and diamond jewelry clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Operations: Assist the Store Manager in achieving daily/monthly sales targets and overseeing daily store opening and closing procedures.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Provide personalized service to high-value clients, resolve customer concerns professionally, and build long-term brand loyalty.
• Inventory Oversight: Maintain accurate records of stock (gold/diamond weight, purity, and certification), assist in daily stock reconciliation, and coordinate with the head office for replenishment.
• Team Leadership: Supervise floor staff, ensure adherence to grooming and behavioral standards, and assist in training new associates on product knowledge.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure strict adherence to showroom safety protocols, cash handling procedures, and regulatory compliance (BIS hallmarking standards).

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 2–5 years of retail experience in the jewelry or luxury goods sector is highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English are essential for effective customer interaction.
• Proficiency: Working knowledge of Point-of-Sale (POS) software and MS Office (Excel/Word).
• Attributes: High integrity, professional demeanor, and a keen eye for detail.
