Job Purpose

To provide food and beverage service to guests as per hotel standards and ensure a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with seating
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve food and drinks as per service standards
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of outlet
• Perform mise-en-place before service
• Follow hygiene, grooming, and safety norms
• Assist seniors during peak hours

• Basic communication skills
• Willingness to learn and serve guests
• Teamwork and discipline

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management preferred
• Freshers or experience
