Sales Executive

Iron Kingdom Gym, Kokapet is looking for an energetic Receptionist cum Sales Executive to manage the front desk and drive membership sales. This is a customer-facing role that combines reception duties with active sales and follow-up responsibilities — ideal for someone confident on calls, comfortable with WhatsApp communication, and skilled at converting leads into gym memberships.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in members and visitors at the front desk
• Handle membership sales, pricing queries, and plan explanations
• Follow up with leads and prospective members over phone calls and WhatsApp
• Maintain and update member records, attendance, and sales data in Excel
• Convert trial/walk-in visitors into paid memberships
• Coordinate with the gym team for tours, trials, and renewals
• Handle basic front-office tasks: calls, inquiries, and appointment scheduling

Skills & Requirements

• Good spoken and written English
• Working knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, basic tracking/reports)
• Strong sales and convincing skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up on WhatsApp
• Presentable, polite, and customer-friendly attitude
• Basic computer literacy
