About the RoleWe are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our design team in Kompally, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in residential and/or commercial interior design, excellent design sensibility, and the ability to take projects from concept through execution.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop creative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements.
• Prepare space planning, layouts, furniture plans, material selections, and design presentations.
• Create and review detailed drawings, 3D designs, and working drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits and ensure designs are implemented according to approved specifications.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines, quality standards, and budgets.
• Review project progress and resolve design or execution-related issues.
• Guide junior designers and support the team in delivering high-quality projects.
• Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, and industry practices.
• RequirementsBachelor's/Diploma qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, furniture, lighting, and interior finishes.
• Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, V-Ray, Photoshop, or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of working drawings and interior execution.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Good project management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as lead/support a design team.
