Telecalling Executive

About the RoleSJCS Technologies is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telecaller – Sales to generate leads, make outbound calls, follow up with prospects, and convert them into customers or students.

The role will focus on promoting Website Development, Digital Marketing Services, and IT Training Programs such as Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Cyber Security, Data Analytics, Web Development, UI/UX, and other technology courses.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and students.
• Generate leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and assigned databases.
• Explain SJCS Technologies' Website Development and Digital Marketing Services to business owners and companies.
• Promote student training programs in AI, Generative AI, Cyber Security, Data Analytics, Web Development, UI/UX, and related technologies.
• Understand customer/student requirements and recommend suitable services or training programs.
• Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper lead records.
• Schedule meetings or counselling sessions with interested prospects.
• Convert qualified leads into paying customers or registered students.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, and Training teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM/Excel records of calls, follow-ups, lead status, and conversions.
• Handle customer questions professionally and provide accurate information.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and students.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and convincing skills.
• Good Telugu, Hindi, and English communication skills preferred.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Confident and positive attitude.
• Ability to handle rejection and work with sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, websites, or IT training is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel/CRM.
• Ability to explain products and services clearly over the phone.
