Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our healthcare services to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential customers and provide relevant information about healthcare services and facilities.
Interact with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Achieve daily and weekly targets for lead generation, conversions, and upselling.
Collaborate with internal teams (such as marketing) to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
Proven experience in telesales or a similar role (preferably in the healthcare sector).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Target-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
